I’m Esther Dotson, founder of Virgrow, LLC. I bring more than 11 years of hands-on experience across nearly every side of the cannabis industry.

I’ve helped build and develop procedures for companies including Wonderbrett, NorCal Cannabis, Stiiizy, and The Bakerie. I’ve managed more than 30 California dispensaries, helped develop businesses from the ground up, and worked with both branded and white-label startups.

That experience taught me something important: compliance looks very different on paper than it does in a real cannabis business.

I’m not here to judge how things were done before I arrived. I’ve seen the good, the bad, and everything in between—and I know how to walk into high-pressure situations and find a path forward.
